I recently had to replace 13 windows that caused a number of leak and mold issues in my house. I had never had to purchase new windows before, so needed a bit of guidance from the estimators and patience as I did my research. I had six different window companies come out to give me estimates and when I was ready to make my decision, Guaranteed Siding and Windows beat out the competition on a number of critical points: 1.They have a lifetime guarantee on their windows and on the glass. 2.They have a lifetime guarantee on their installation. 3.Their install team is in-house, meaning they don’t contract the work out. Contracting the work out can be a huge problem for the buyer if there are any issues with installation. 4.The turnaround time from ordering the windows to the installation was only a few weeks (other companies quoted me 10-12 weeks!) 5.The owner, Corey, worked with me to find the best solution for my budget and didn’t try to hard-sell me on a pricier product. The final measurements were taken by James, who was also the lead on the installation team. They had to remove my siding to fit the new windows in and discovered that the new windows were slightly smaller than the old ones. James and his team immediately started working on building out a custom frame for the windows so there wouldn’t be any potential for leaks. They did a fantastic job and didn’t charge me extra for this. It’s rained a few times since the install and there’s no sign of leaks anywhere. I’m thrilled with the new windows and with the care and attention provided by Guaranteed Siding and Windows. I will certainly use them for any future window or siding projects and can’t recommend them enough!
